Will you remember him?
The long standing tree
At the garden where
We'd sit and promise
Each other happiness?
Will you remember how
Under the joyful crying sky,
We'd look at each other
And let out those smiles
That came from our hearts?
Will you remember when
Your hand talking to mine,
Was such a bless that it,
Heating mine into passion,
As to fight back life’s cold?
Will you still remember how
Our young, devoted and tender lips
Would be the most powerful language
We'd use to set our troubles and
Turn real those three priceless words?
Will you still remember dear
How spiritual our fragil bodies
Would perfectly be joining
As to respond and to complete
The melody our heart’s songs?
Will you remember it?
The long, cold and windy dry season
That we’d revive year after year,
Innocently and carelessly with our eyes
Filled with passion as we were still there?
Will you remember the magnificence
Of those flowers that stood with beauty
To reach out and help our blind union,
As to render every praying eye’s heart sick
As they would see us embracing each other’s heart?
Do you remember those mouths who,
Filled with envy and hatred and a perfectly
Devilish breath, would nay-say about our poor us?
Tell them their biter and demonic slanders
Were certainly premonitory and prophetic
Do you remember, for pity’s sake,
The bridge we walked in every day
At night as to hear the river sing with
With such an admiration and veneration
Tell him he may collapse and follow me?
